A detached bungalow in Shenfield, Essex was purchased by our client in early 2019. The existing dwelling offered generous living accommodation however, the client approached Studio Forty with a brief to deliver an extension to meet the growing needs of a young family.
The client sought a rear, two-storey extension to include a playroom and dining area of increased size at ground floor level in additional to an enlarged family bathroom, new en-suite and two further bedrooms at first floor level.
Through engagement with the Local Authority Studio Forty delivered a contemporary scheme that not only met the brief but exceeded the clients expectations by providing the family home they craved.
