After becoming snared in the planning system we won planning consent for House in the Corner through a successful outcome at appeal . . . thank you Secretary of State for exercising some common sense!
Fast forward to now via a thorough tender process, and negotiations with the preferred contractor and we're finally able to get this one in the oven!
As you can see from the signage, ELC Construction are handling the construction work, working closely with us, and after a solid start to proceedings we're looking towards a completion in October this year.
