Studio 40 is a RIBA Chartered architecture practice based in Billericay. We combine architecture, interiors and project management, working with homeowners across Billericay and the surrounding area who want a genuinely considered approach to how they live, not just a set of drawings.

Our work in Billericay includes a remodelled and extended home on Beams Way, a project that required us to rethink the geometry of the site entirely before the right answer became clear, and a wrap-around extension on Knightbridge Walk that transformed a dated conservatory into a light-filled open-plan living space.
