More great news here at S40 hq as we begin work on a new residential extension project. The client previously obtained outline planning consent for a single-storey rear and double-height side extension but were not overly pleased with the scheme. So we have been appointed to develop proposals for a double-height side extension taking the project through from initial briefing to planning, tender, construction and handover.
