After receiving positive feedback from Elmbridge Council during the Pre-application Advice process at the start of this year, we've tweaked the design and this week submitted a Householder Planning Application for our project in Hersham.
The project includes full-scale refurbishment of the exsiting house, numerous extensions and upgrading throughout so fingers crossed for a positive outcome!
