At the beginning of October, Studio Forty was appointed as architect to produce designs for the refurbishment of a four bedroom detached property in Ingatestone. The dwelling had recently been purchased by a young family convinced of its potential. The property had been subjected to a number of historic alterations by previous owners, which provided existing spaces that lacked cohesion and fluidity.
